          Also I just wanted to say how fucking inspirational his video was like I was ready to frolick naked with a lesbian flag as a cape in my homophobic ass city 
          I also wanted to add I'm really proud of him for coming out. I mean can you imagine struggling with your identity and being afraid of it and then proceed to coming out to millions of people all at once...

You know that scene in Love, Simon where Simon's mom makes this emotional af speech, I was watching riverdale and it came on and I felt northern downpoured  (for everyone who knows p!atd)

I know it's sad that we live in a world where I am sooo happy about this, but since we do live in a fucked up world...

          And this is a HUGE step for lgbtq+ rights in Africa, considering 26 out the 54 countries in Africa have a very large penalty, 3 where you are KILLED, 2 where you have life in prison and the other 23 countries have no recognition of same sex couples.
          
          So, all those jealous straight people out there saying "wHy Is ThErE nO sTrAiGhT pRiDe " bs, this. This is why

I really want to rant, so here we gOoO:
           1. I fucking LOVE pride month, but I don't like the fact that brands use this as an opportunity to sell (valley girl voice) rainbow roses and pins and dog collars etc (stop valley girl voice) but 
          don't give it to rather to groups like glsen or the tremor projects or local lgbtq+  businesses or organizations.
          
          2. Recently I got ghosted by someone I considered a best friend, whom I told things I haven't told anyone. I guess tou realize who your real friends are. What hurts is that she doesnt have the fucking  guts to tell me to my face she doesn't want to be friends. What should i do?
