Hello lovelies,
          	
          	I'm so, so sorry not to update today. I'm having quite a rough time at the school where I work- 6 positive cases in a single day last week. (I'm sure there are worse statistics elsewhere... but my concern is that 6 in a day when it's cold could mean many, many more over the next fortnight.)
          	I need to just take the next few weeks to focus on my job, and focus on keeping the kids I work with as safe as I can. I find I'm worried and stressed about them and this horrible virus so much that it's affecting my ability to concentrate properly and keep updating The Wheel. I realise that if I take three weeks away (which is what I need to do), I am going to lose some readers, but I hope that some of you will still be here when I return. 
          	
          	Please know that The Wheel WILL be finished in due course! I am a plotter, and the whole narrative is mapped out and waiting for me to write it. I hope you will stay with me for the journey, because it's going to be quite a ride :) 
          	
          	I look forward to catching up on my favourite novels here, too, over the Christmas break.
