so i was checking out an adhd test and turns out i probably had it cos i did it like a put a finger down challenge and i had all my fingers down and i dont know how to tell my parents

@gachaosity As a person who has be properly diagnosed with ADHD i'm going to say you should get tested by a doctor and not rely on the internet Tell you're parents you think you have ADHD and ask to be taken to be tested by a doctor You can't really do anything about ADHD with out the doctor confirming it anyway
