           ❝⠀yukki ... ?⠀❞⠀mouth slightly agape , yuno was a bit startled to see her beloved wearing a white tuxedo and holding a bouquet of pretty flowers . she isn't wearing anything fancy like him as the day didn't strike itself to be anything special , not so far at least . seeing him like this gave her an idea as to what's to happen . it rendered her happy and excited , but also uneasy , since her appearance right now might come off as underwhelming in front of him . she at least straightens her skirt hastily before shyly looking back at him with a soft smile .

          a woman whose stature resembles that of a high schooler and a man who seems to be a little older than his companion walk lovingly underneath the moonless expanse. ebony, yet white suns ubiquitously spread around the seemingly arcane canvas each twinkle sporadically, a declaration of its unwavering obstinance to the dead night itself. yuno hesitantly peers over the translucent window a little more as envy runs coldly through her veins. it rendered her curious to what it would have been like if they fell in love normally. at times, he unwittingly quivers in her presence and stutters― instincts, she supposes, that her lover developed due to the abnormal situations they've been in before he grew to love her. a love that developed through fear and selfishness― it was truly disturbing in its essence.
          
          in the end, it didn't matter. it didn't matter to her whether people didn't like them for who they are or if that love is unhealthy. as long as the boy, the epitome of life and every reason to keep living that life, is with her, the world can burn for all she could care.  
          
          ❝⠀yukki,⠀❞⠀yuno turns her attention away from the window and faces the love of her life with a gleeful smile. she takes notice of the stutters amidst his greeting and invitation, which slightly agitated her. it was no question that he's still subconsciously daunted by her up to this day. yuno manages to keep still of her bright expression, fully suppressing other emotions that could trouble her love. 
          
          she takes ahold of the lukewarm cup, wrapping it with her fingers eagerly to feel its warmth. before taking a sip, she notices the sword and heart formed by the foam atop. the tea's warmth quickly makes its way to her heart.⠀❝⠀thank you.⠀❞⠀after drinking some of its contents, she puts down the cup on the table underneath the window and averts her eyes to his. she seemed to want to say something, but she sheepishly turns away once she realizes the sheer ridiculousness of her request.
