I love to watch hard sci-fi but write mainly softer genres of fiction and science fiction. Dream as and escape hatch instead of time interests me. Much of my first book explores subconsciousness as a form of bending the rules. Years existing within the near zero time it takes for a quantum state change to happen can distract me for a year or two! Human behaviors and how we want to recreate, emulate or alter them to our needs I find fascinating. Can you teach empathy to a machine?
