            " Really? " The man raised a brow and let out a sigh. Unlike the other's playful smile, his expression was definitely of a questioning one. " Well, whether you're powerful or not, I don't think it matters much. To me at least. " While he spoke, his fingers idly played with the silver wedding band on his other hand. " I don't think it would be very... Polite for me to judge whether or not you're weak. Since I barely know anything about you. " He shrugged his shoulders, his almost golden eyes meeting the other's.

          Howl had just returned to the castle,  if it could even be called such a thing,  not long before the creature found it and sat himself not too far from the entrance.  He had been out all night so he was tired.  A yawn fell from his lips and he shut his blue eyes for a moment or so.  As he went to go upstairs,  his fire demon informed him that someone was outside.  He sighed.  "And I was just about to have a bath...  Oh well."  The wizard went to the front door and left,  scanning the area of the Waste before he spotted him.  "Hello there.  Can I help you?"  He called as he approached the other.

"A picnic?"  The wizard seemed rather surprised by such a suggestion.  It wasn't often that people asked him to go on picnica with them.  Actually,  now that he thinks about it,  this is the very first time it's ever happened.  He lifted a hand,  the sunlight catching on the red jewels of his ring,  and pushed some hair from his face.  Howl then smiled lightly with his eyes closed and let his head tilt to one side.  "Sure.  I don't see why not.  It is a nice day,  after all."  He then spoke in a low voice and looked up towards the clear blue sky,  nodding once to himself.

            "It is."  Howl restated.  There was a cool breeze,  not a cloud in the sky,  and plenty of sunshine.  His head nodded and his smile stayed present on his lips the whole time.  "Of course.  I've never been on a real picnic before.  It might be nice."  He mused and one hand lifted.  He had a light and colorful jacket on over his shoulders and he held it closed with his hand for a moment.  "I know the perfect place to have it,  too.  And,  I'm sure I can have a nice lunch put together in no time."  He gave a playful wink at that before looking back at the shop they were standing in front of.  "Unless you'd rather make the food?  This was your idea,  after all.  But,  I wouldn't mind."
