Why does my mom act like im 800 pounds and I eat all the time i live off snacks ice and dr pepper the only time u have a real meal is when someone (usually me cooks dinner) and even then I usually just eat ice and like a bag of chips till dinner unless we go out to eat it's not like we don't have food it's just im ether not hungry at all or tye biggest big back alive most times not hungry at all like for my height im at a good weight cuz im 5'10 and 150 pounds she acts like I eat every 10 seconds even tho i mostly just be refilling my cup with ice

Yall help me should I seek professional help, im tryna sleep right every time I close my eyes im getting chased by a fucking demon and when I open my eyes im scared as hell and can't sleep cuz every time I close my eyes for longer than 5 seconds I get jump scared and I know it's not real but I can feel it hurting me and im scared and can't sleep and it's almost 4am
