Hi welcome to my book!! I started writing this a few years ago as I wanted a down to earth honest account of being a teenage parent and pregnancy itself. Nowhere could I find out the things I needed to know about either of these as the issues were just skirted over and I felt like I was the only person in the world who was going through all this stuff.

Nowadays, Im a mom of three fab teenage boys and live in Scotland. I love judo, reading, music and a general enjoyment of life. The cup is always half full to me!!

Im hoping this book will help people and realise they arent alone in the world, as to me, despair and loneliness are the worst things to cope with.
