@DarlaLayne Don't worry, I just needed a break. Usually, I ignore comments that I think are directed at me, but the comment about me must have been " a golden child" brought out my temper. I usually make comments to others who may have a question about something that happened in earlier chapters. For instance in Catching Charlie, some readers don't understand how Damien is related to Charlie, they think he is her cousin and not her brother. I tell them, that Damien's father raped Charlie's mother. Their father told his brother that he and Charlie's mother had an affair. Catching Charlie is one of the stories I read that has not been updated in a few years. I get frustrated waiting for some authors to update. Another favorite that has not been updated in a while is Parks and Moretti. Parker's brothers think she has died, along with her friend Reid who was kidnapped too. When Parker lost a tooth, her doctor brother acting on behalf of the tooth fairy left a hundred dollar bill under her pillow. For Halloween, she dressed like her oldest brother. It was very sweet. Darla I enjoy reading your story about Carrie very much. Currently, I am reading a book about the last Tsar of Russia and his family.
