I’m in love with What’s Up, Doc! It’s been an immersive, engaging and enjoyable read. I feel like I got to the final chapter too soon. Ari and Chris are so well written and defined but so are the surrounding characters and world you’ve created. Not only do I feel like I know these people but I also feel I’ve come across these character types in my own life which makes it all the more engaging! I love how you’ve brought to life different experiences with anxiety! Anxiety shows up differently for different t people (is what I believe) and I love that you showcase that between Chris and Ariel. And I love that throughout this story you are realistically depicting how whatever problems individuals have prior to a relationship will remain and show up through that relationship unless you don’t address and try to change it in a healthy way. Ariel and Chris had anxiety prior to their relationship and just because they got together doesn’t mean it goes away even though they have a loving and healthy relationship. They still suffer from anxiety and have to work on it individually and learn how to open up and share with each other so they can support each other. Many writers wouldn’t showcase the reality of that and I love that this isn’t your approach. I love your writing and am waiting on baited breath for an update.
