day one of le sserafim's workout and it was fun but my legs are practically shaking LOL
i did 50 burpees instead of 100, and made the planks easier for myself (on my knees) for the plank up & downs as it was my first time attempting this workout and i haven't committed to a workout routine in a long time. i used to do leg flexibility stretches, ab workouts, pilates, and yoga by myself but i stopped a while ago.
i'm a (self-taught) dancer and i try to walk as much as possible!
i'll keep you guys updated if you want (i'm doing the workout for a week minimum)!
