To anybody who wants to say negative things to Quinn, I want you to first realize a few things
1. He is medically diagnosed with scoliosis, a spinal defect that creates constant back pain
2. He has trouble getting along with others in school because a lot of people don't like to respect differences
3. He identifies as male, so please, respect his pronoun and name choices
4. Although he hasn't been medically diagnosed with depression, anxiety, or dysphoria, he shows realistic symptoms that aren't exaggerated and shows a genuine desire to get better, and he's been wearing baggy clothes to alleviate chest dysphoria...and before you bring up surgery or counselling, he's not old enough for surgery and he's terrified of therapists
5. His parents show favouritism to his younger sister, and so he's afraid to talk to his parents about it because he doesn't want to be shunned at home like he is in school
6. Venting is a healthy alternative to self harm, and although a lot of people wouldn't want to display their problems to the public, it's his way of crying out for help from his internet friends
7. The elipses (...) and dashes (-) are a learned trait of using chatspeak to represent emotion and stuttering in how he actually speaks, not to gain attention or pity
8. Stating your LGBTQ+ identity doesn't mean you're looking for attention...it's just like someone calling themselves a gamer, a jock, emo, a nerd, a hard worker, etc...it's just labels that someone chooses to represent themselves so other people can understand them better
9. If you're going to be critical, please don't be rash...ask questions before shooting off rude comments to the person in question...however, don't ask too many - Q starts to panic if you ask him too many questions at once
10. We may not be genetically related, but I still consider Q my little brother, and I swear to god if anybody wants to hurt him, you're gonna have to deal with me too
