I used to be overweight, for a long time I was self conscience, paranoid people were talking or laughing about me, so I almost never left my Winnipeg home. I never exercised and I comfort ate most of the time, but by using a personal trainer I was able to 20 pounds in the first 30 days and I have now lost a third of my body weight. My confidence and knowledge grows with every appointment I attend.
