I completed my ophthalmology residency in Ireland in 2004. During my residency I also obtained a Master of Medical sciences degree with honors from National University of Ireland. After completing a Pediatric and Adult retina fellowship from Queen's Medical Centre, Nottingham, United Kingdom, I acquired another fellowship in Advanced Retina surgery and Ocular Oncology from prestigious Royal Liverpool University and Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, United Kingdom.
