guys i’m not gonna change athena’s name since everyone said no, but here’s what it WOULDVE been:
murphy, based on ‘murphy’s law’
it’s a scientific law of nature, basically saying that ‘whatever can happen will happen’
i felt like it really represented athena/murphy because she’s a very anxious person, and i liked the idea of athena/murphy thinking her name was awful and she thought it was bad, but john b explaining what it really meant — sort of like an interstellar situation
if you guys like this idea maybe when im done my john b fic ill make a new fic with that idea! idk on who or what but surely something
