On the eve of halloween and the second month anniversary of the Rambling Brooks Literary Star, we would like to remind the authors that anything can happen, the authors get to nominate the stories of the authors that they would like to see participating in the Rambling Brooks Literary Star.
          Terms and Conditions:
          1) The author nominated should be an active Wattpader.
          2) We are accepting 12 authors in this round. 4 authors will move to Round 2 and the author in the first place will be deemed as the 'RBLS Title of the Month'
          3) An author cannot nominate himself/herself. He has to nominate another author.
          4) It is perfectly okay if an author asks another author to nominate himself/herself.
          5) The authors already featured can be featured again but with different stories.
          6) Your nominations are to be sent via PM.
          7) Notify the author that you nominate.
          8) The deadline is 12:00 am IST on Monday.
          9) Contest is open to non-participants as well.
