Hello my lovelies,
          	This is a really hard announcement for me to make, but I don’t know if I’ll ever finish Hopeful. I know that’s rough to hear because so many of you have been loyal readers since I started this fic 4 years ago, but you know that joy you get when you write something you’re proud of? I don’t feel that pride in this fic anymore. Maybe it’s the fact that I started this fic with no plan and made it up as I went and because of that I’ve been grasping at straws trying to fill in plot holes I made years ago when I didn’t even begin to know how to write a fic. Maybe it’s the fact that I’ve grown out of this story. I’ve spent 4 years working on the same story that isn’t even mine. It’s Marissa Meyers and I just built on it. And it feels like a universe I don’t want to explore anymore. I want you to know though, that Cath and Jest get their happy ending. That was the plan all along. But every time I revisit this story, the fatigue from not loving my work, not loving the story in general, and the negative comments that live in my head put me in a bad place and I don’t want to deal with that anymore. Please know that I’m so grateful for those who sent me words of encouragement, who commented such nice things, those who read and voted on my stories. You made me feel like a real writer with all your support and that’s something I’ll never forget. I love you all.

@give-me-the-stars i just saw this message, while it makes me super sad i totally get it. i write fanfics too and its hard to keep going after losing inspiration. I absolutely adored this fic and it was amazing to see jest and cath find each other again. i was so sad when he died and i was ecstatic when i found this. for what it's worth you did an absolutely amazing job with this and while i will never stop hoping for you to finish it i understand completely why you can't. im just satisfied with knowing that cath and jest get their happy ending. they deserve it. tysm for ever writing this bc if u hadnt i would still be devastated. i hope u get your inspiration back soon and can continue to create amazing work.

@give-me-the-stars I was halfway through and so ecstatic and then saw this but you thankfully got me through my book mourning from jest's death.  If you want, I can always take in the book with full credits to you and would be happy to continue  this universe for you (please do not be afraid to reject the offer, I was in a position like this before with my books and I can understand the attachment and guardianship over your own books is very important and the responsibility that you would give someone to carry on the book how you expect it to be carried out; if you do consider my offer, I am willing to show you examples of my work).  I loved the story so much and it wasn't like you were magically reversing a death none of us readers liked from the actual book.  It all made sense and that is what I loved about it.  Thank you for writing such a wonderful book and I hope you continue on the path you are on <3

@give-me-the-stars Awww. So sorry. I enjoyed reading Hopeful. To be honest, it isn't my favorite, although I reallllly liked it. I thought that you have wonderful ideas. I saw the plot holes, but still, the story made up for most of them. Thank you for this. I agree that you should write something of your own. I hope you start writing again soon. Hopefully you'll come back with something of your own. I can't wait. Good luck and happy writing!

Hi, I'm also a writer, I'm Mexican, so my English it's not too good, but I just finish Heartless, and I'm in denial for the ending, I'm also want a happy ending, and I have some ideas, I read that you don't want to continue with hopeful, so I decide to send to you this message, if you want (I really beg you for that) we can talk and maybe made a collaboration to finish the history and give to jest and Cath the happy ending that they deserve, pls I will waiting for you answer!!! I'm so desperate and sad for the ending, plsss I really hope you accept.

after heartless i was completely broken but then i read ur sequel and i was beyond happy, also the one thing i loved is that ur writing is similar to marissa’s which i was glad about, i finished reading n it was so good but i hate to leave the book unfinished, i can’t wait for the next chapter (also no rush, take ur time, as i see u put a lot of effort into this) !!
