Also, I’d like to make a formal apology to everyone who came across my books.
As you may have noticed, I stopped releasing chapters and updates to my books (Alhaitham x Reader, deleted my Cyno x Reader, and unpublished my Wanderer VS Kazuha x Reader), because I lost motivation to write.
I think I burnt myself out so quickly because I was under a lot of stress for school, my own personal life with family, as well as holding myself to extremely high standards by writing roughly 2000 words for each chapter of each book I had written at the time (3 books) and getting creative with the storyline in order to capture many readers’ attention.
I’m so sorry for everyone who patiently (and endlessly) waited for me to update the books even though I never did. To be completely transparent with everyone, I lose motivation to write for characters I no longer have interest in. Notably, Alhaitham, Cyno, and Wanderer. I think it may have to do with recency-bias as I started mainly writing around one Genshin’s prime time with Sumeru as the release of the Dendro element was new and exciting.
Again, I apologize deeply for everything. I made notes to myself and lowered my standards when it comes to my stories in hopes of not burning myself out quickly or spreading myself too thin.
