I have learned that the best outlet is working out and drawing because it is ten times easier picking up a marker or pencil than other thing s and working out helps take out anger so

@gladergirl536 lol, that isn't fat. I'm eighteen, but I weigh 143 (granted I'm 5'11, but yk) depending on how tall you are, it seems average (maybe even below average) to me
