Hi,
          
          It's been a while, to say the least. I'm not quite sure how to put into words this past half of the year has been like things I hoped for didn't come to be, and the certainty that should have been present never came, and old habits die hard. Nearly a month ago I graduated from high school, and in a little, over a month I'll be starting college; I ended up committing to my local community college out of cost-effectiveness, and the realization of accumulating two years of crippling debt is better than four. (Also that my local community college offers two years of free tuition and a chance to transfer to UCLA because UCLA's skinny acceptance rate would not let me in with my terrible high school GPA.) I had to turn down my chance to one of my top schools (that had a slim 33% acceptance rate) because I only received 10k in scholarship and your girl here cannot afford a nearly 50k a year college. Digressing my educational and financial world, my emotional world has been all over the place but mostly in the dumps. I don't think anyone wants to read my overemotional ramble, so we'll go back into the financial/educational world. Because I'm attending my local community college/2-year college, I am going to transfer to a 4-year college after I complete my second year, so I will have to do college apps again. With that reality, I need extracurriculars which means I'm going to start writing here soon. I don't know when exactly I will begin posting my writing, but hopefully, as soon as I can figure out how to handle my life. I realize I may be writing to ghosts at this point because of my many Wattpad hiatuses but thank you if you are still alive and reading; I love you, and I hope everything will be well with you.

I've been watching chinese dramas recently, one of my favourite ones is nothing but thirty (the literally translated title is "only thirty" which sounds better imo.) I love the female leads because of their strength and the realistic and beautiful writing of their characters. I really love all of them, (spoiler) Gu Jia's makes me sad but it is so realistic, Iove Man Ni and idk y but I really relate to her, and Xiao Qin is so relateable with the terrible communication and the burying it inside and disappointments. but yes here is an update I'm currently working on college app and preparing for the act. I plan to graduate a couple months early and I don't quite know what it'll mean here but I'll figure it out soon. hope you're well and safe, wishing happiness, good health, and strength. talk to y'all real soon ❤️

Hello everyone, welcome to a life/Wattpad update. to start off I'm sad to say I am not following through my plans, apple in my eyes was supposed to be my nanowrimo project but I'm right now busy with act prep, scholarship apps, college essay drafts, and my dog sitting job which has made it impossible to actually do it all. But I will not be abandoning it, it is still my summer project and it will be slower and delayed like all my other books/stories. I'm planning on applying to a portfolio scholarship of writing works which will be separate to Wattpad which means I probably will not have the time to write here as often (seniors can submit two portfolios and I rlly don't want to be in debt my first year),  I may repost them here depending on terms but yeah I'm quite loaded on the writing aspect but I hope to complete Love & Other Monsters, my poetry collection I've been working on for the almost past three years, and Outro before the year ends. Aside that from that I've started planning my senior year and I need to get a constant job, which is bummer because I won't have as much time to write, but I'll try my best to. Anyways thank you for all the support and hope you will all stay healthy and well.
