Tbh though it just seems like they got an upper hand with certain things. Like for example college, A Black person can try to get into a school like Harvard or something and they can have the same high test scores or meet that school's requirements, and have all the prerequisites but I bet you a Caucasian person can get into a school like that before an African-American can. We always have to fight for everything we have. Even in 2015 we still have to struggle and strive to get treated properly or even like a human at that. Not saying that ALL Caucasian people have the upper-hand with getting things but probably like 97% do. Stuff like that really irks me because I know that for me even trying to even get recognized for doing something or any African-American at that, we have to work three times as hard and a Caucasian person can put in little effort and be recognized just like that. It just seems like we are still getting treated like we're below them or like we're nothing at all. And when we are recognized its in a negative light, Like how they been rioting in Baltimore, that's all over the news and stuff. BUT i bet you I only seen ONE news report on how some were peacefully protesting. It just insinuates the fact that they are always trying to drag down the African-American community. And the only way they even put up with us is if we comply to them or we kiss their ass . But I promise you they wouldn't have half of the things they have now if it wasn't for us. All the manual labor during slavery wouldn't have been done if it wasn't for us and they feel intimidated by that because they see that we are not giving up without a fight, They need to stop killing our people. Like you don't know, that Black male you shot could have been the one to cure cancer or something. Our lives matter just as much as their's and we are treated unfairly and we just want equal rights.
