Andddd here I am again! ~ Been a really long time, innit? Ya'll probably thought I'm dead already, which is fair ahaha. I have my reasons for not being able to show up here, that will inevitably sound like excuses once I disclose so... Just wanted to pop up and let you know I'm still alive, and yes, I intend to finish Zero By One: Take Me Home. I'll update whenever I can get my shit together. I won't ask for your patience but wouldn't it be nice if you have some? ~ My wishful thinking.
Golden Hour Part 3 may seem unassuming but once you listen carefully while reading the lyrics, they all HIT the spot
*Lemon Drop* grew on me pretty quickly... wasn't surprised bc I'm an alcoholic so I'm destined to like it anyway lol (jk)
*Now this house ain't a home* made me realize I never actually wanted to grow up despite the inevitable need, couldn't help a long sigh escaping
*Castle* felt like a gentle grip on the shoulder, with a beautiful night sky in view, teared up a little
*Masterpiece* got me gagging and barking at hongjoong's raw creativity (the lyrics, mannnn they freaky as f and they're not shy about it)
In Memory of a Person whom once I cherished dearly...
Taking all my resentment and the memories we've created together Away, May you fade, disappear, and Never rise from the ashes buried deep down my heart Again.
Bon Voyage, My Withered Affection, Unrealized Promises, and Crumbled Hopes
you can't spell ATEEZ without ATE fr
Ice on My Teeth - some eng lyrics and rhyming were a letdown but excusable (the gorgeous instrumental and flow make up for it)
Selfish Waltz - the lyrics speak to me on a personal level (love how woo's vocals are utilized here btw) an addictive, angsty banger
Deep Dive - this sounds like as if cyberpunk and take me home had a love child (kinda similar to skz silent cry's vibes, i wonder if they felt ok when coming up with those lines)
Man on Fire - a real headbanger, instrumental got me feeling some things
Enough - hits too close to home, especially the way yeo SANG (pun intended) the chorus; would def listen on my down days
Bottom line: glad the producers are being merciful to jh's vocal cords, boy didn't have to belt as much this cb
