Hi! Thanks for reading Just Friends! I'm slowly working on the next chapter and plotting out later chapters so I don't get stuck later on and leave you with another long gap between updates. Also please understand that I'm still in school and my assignments are my priority right now. But like I keep promising, this isn't the end for this story and updates will come sooner or later. Thank you for understanding! :)

          Soooo. Because of that, I want to write based on some prompts. If you have any for the latest season of RTTE, please do send them to me. Any prompt is fine, really, for HTTYD or Miraculous Ladybug. I'll be doing as many as I can so please send them. :)

I'm so sorry for the delay, you guys. I've been going out pretty much everyday and the only time I can write is at night. But because I'm out all day, I'm so tired by the time I get home. I'm working on Just Friends bit by bit, don't worry. I HAVE NOT abandoned it. 
          
          I admit I may update my ML fanfic more frequently for a while because I've reached a point where I can put myself in those situations and write from the characters' perspectives, but I am also editing the plot for Just Friends. I realized my pacing isn't that great, so I'm trying my best to make sure it isn't too draggy or too short. 
          
          The next chapter was supposed to be a Heather chapter. But then I realized that writing from Heather's POV was hard for me because... well. It's a Hiccstrid story. The plot moves with Hiccstrid. Not Heather. The only Heather chapter in the story was the setup for the plot. So all the Heather chapters I had planned are now being edited so that the story flows better. 
          
          Kind of hard when you are suddenly sucked into another fandom and are trying to write fanfiction for said fandom and rewatch Dragons both for Just Friends ideas and inspiration as well as to prepare for the next season. 
          
          If you have any ideas, I'd love to hear them. Until the next update! Bug out! :)

A follow up to my previous message. 
          
          I was talking to a friend who follows me on here. She reminded me that I write for nobody but myself, and I decided to choose to share it with you. I've seen posts about how important it is for readers to understand this, and I realize that this applies now. I have other things I need to do. I write in my free time because I want to. Not because I'm posting it for you to read. So please remember this. While it is nice to see that so many of you are enjoying my work, I am still doing it for myself in the end. Uploading it just gives me the chance to learn how to improve, and to share my work with you. Thanks for being so patient. ☺️

Please don't scream at me. Or you can, I mean, I did say I'd update more frequently after my exams were over. But please understand! I was given the chance to go on a holiday by myself and I spent a lot of time deciding whether I should go or not. I only got my flight ticket just before Christmas and I'm leaving this weekend. 
          
          That being said, I've been spending a lot of my time worrying about it because it's my first time traveling alone. And I've spent the last week packing and meeting up with friends before I leave for a month. 
          
          Add to that the fact that this amazing show called Miraculous Ladybug has kind of taken over my life for the time being, I haven't exactly been in the right state of mind to write fan fiction that's up to my standards. It's not that I don't have ideas, I do. They're all typed out on my phone. And conversations with friends often get turned into the character interactions I write. 
          
          I just really feel like if I don't put in my best effort to write Just Friends, it won't turn into this amazing story I had in mind. And so far, I'm really happy with where it's going. With the new season coming on 17th Feb, I'll have more to work with, and you can expect more from that. 
          
          Lastly, I mentioned Miraculous Ladybug. Ladybug fans, I'll be writing fanfic for this fandom soon!

Hi! If you didn't read the author's note on Life on Berk, the chapter story I've been uploading there has been shifted to a separate story called Just Friends! So go there to read the chapter story from now on. Life on Berk will be used to post one shots. :)

I'm really sorry that I haven't updated in forever. I'm almost done with my exams and end next Monday! I PROMISE I will have another chapter up within that week or the next at the latest. It's all planned out for the next few chapters, and I just need to write them. 
          In the meantime, if you have any ideas at all, please do share them. I'd love to hear them. Who knows, I might even write them in.

Hi guys! I know you're all asking for updates, and I'm in the middle of the next chapter, but I've been quite busy studying for exams the past few weeks so it'll be up as soon as I can manage. Hopefully within the next two weeks or so. After the next chapter, I will be even busier so my updates will get less frequent. But after all my exams I will have more time to write! I even have a chapter story planned out and I'm going to work on that as well.
