My marriage is going through something I haven’t yet found the courage to face head-on. Translating this series became my way of giving myself a little room to breathe, a retreat, of sorts, where I could settle my thoughts and slowly find my way toward the right answers. It’s a long project, and I chose it deliberately. Not as an escape, but as a pause.
