@glued_2_mybrain You can a thousand and one good reasons why you've lied but when the truth comes out it's always going to hurt both ways so if you can avoid lying (not saying that a lie here and there won't help) you'll be good

            i know how it is. I'm struggling with he same thing right now, so giving you advice would be hypocritical.. 
            Something that helps me and prevents me (sometimes) from doing it, is think back to my younger self in 3rd person. Would I be able to hurt her? 
            I know it sounds harsh, but yeah..
