Hmm what can i say about myself??? well i love reading but i guess if your on this site then im not on my own on that one! I love listening to music, of which i have an eclectic taste which i think can also be applied to my reading taste as well.  

Book wise i have read and loved everything from War of the Worlds, Dracula, One flew over the Cuckoo's nest, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Hobbitt and Lord of the Rings to the Martian Chronicles, Robot dreams, The Da Vinci Code and the other Dan Brown books to the Anne Rice Vampire Chronicles all the way up to Poppy Z Brite's Lost Souls and Drawing Blood.

As for music as a rule i enjoy anyone who is a genuine musician and not a manufactured pop industry poster boy/girl/group etc who tunelessly belch out suggary condesending nothing music! not that i have strong feelings on the subject or anything. I love listening to David Bowie, Green Day, Kate Bush, Ozzy, Meat Loaf, Foo Fighters, Jimi Hendrix, The Carpenters (yes really) My Chemical Romance, The Pretenders, Peter Gabriel. I could go on and on at this point.

See like i said i have an eclectic taste although i think you can also argue there might be a common theme that runs through a good percentage of what i like.

Why am i on here? Well like everyone on here i guess i have at least one story to tell, hopefully more as time goes on. For years ive promised myself i would one day write down some of the mad things that go around in my admittedly intense imagination that keep threatening to seep out of my mind. 

I work full time as a nurse on a very busy emergency admissions ward, i have a family which occupies almost all of my free time hence my time spent writing is sporadic at best. im bisexual which causes some confusion to people as im married with kids but sod them, but may also go some way to explain why the first thing im writing about is a romance between two guys, i  am probably a psychiatrists wet dream really! Anything else you want to know just ask i dont bite
