I made a Quotev account a few years ago because Wattpad was taking my stories down a while back so I have it as a backup. I’m under the same username there too. The stories aren’t fully on there because I don’t often have the time, but I am steadily adding chapters when I can. I mostly put my efforts here on Wattpad. I also do have another private backup method in case either sites are having issues, but overall, I made sure to review the guidelines in both places and don’t think they’d have much issue with my content, but I am aware there is a chance, since I deal with a lot of dark themes in my stories. I’m prepared for that outcome, but I don’t plan on leaving Wattpad unless they really give me a reason to.

Thank you for answering my question  tbh he also gives me the vibe of Collector from 1965 (its about a men who loves collecting butterflies and kidnaps the woman he falls in love with and wants to keep her for himself like a butterfly in a jar) and and at first I thought that was the inspiration  but he gives me Norman Bates vibe too

@bloodyOcherry It’s actually kind of interesting because Havik originally wasn’t going to be a human character. He was actually designed to be a hornet-like creature hiding amongst humans, which is where his tendency to be aggressive comes from and why I gave him such a strong liking to bugs. I had even changed him to a spider creature at one point before deciding to make him human. You can definitely tell those inspirations are still a strong part of his character. I also drew inspiration from the film Psycho and Bates Motel as well as a few documentaries of actual criminals to determine the mindset for him as well as some of his actions.

            •Mr. Normal: quietly says sorry when he bumps into inanimate objects
            •Evan (Reflections): sometimes goes through about five outfits to decide what to wear, and if he doesn’t like any, will just toss on a coat to cover it up or wear as little as possible with a robe on instead.
            •Liam (Delinquents): drinks milk/juice straight from the carton and will put it back in the fridge. He also thieves food from Ethan’s plate sometimes, but Ethan doesn’t mind that
            •Ethan (Delinquents): likes to sit/lay on the floor rather than a bed or couch sometimes because it’s comfy to him
            •Laurence (Protector): If he comes across a fun looking game, he wants to play it with Y/N both out of his own curiosity and to make her happy
            •Havik (To Catch a Butterfly): if he hears any kind of insect sounds, his head will perk up, and he will immediately want to go find it

            •The Wolf (My What Big Eyes): Whistles or sings badly to himself while cooking
            •Noah (Servant): You will always know when he’s feeling impatient or annoyed because whether he intends to or not, it will show on his face. He’ll be rolling his eyes or tapping his fingers
            •Lukas (Peculiar Tech.): Has a staring problem, specifically with Y/N. Even if she’s not saying anything, he’ll be staring at her.
            •Rich (Torturous): is painfully aware of everything around him. He counts all the people who are in a room with him, keeps track of what they’re doing, makes note of objects that could be used as weapons and will often daydream about using said objects for a… Project.
            •Matt (Unhealthily Obsessed): Often smiles even when something bothers him to cover up his true feelings instinctively 
            •Dennis (Three Bears): sniffs his shirts to check if they’re still wearable. It drives Mell nuts.
            •Mell (Three Bears): if someone sneezes, he’ll hold his breath and step away to avoid germs
            •Benson (Three Bears): Snacks in the middle of the night. Mell gets very mad when he finds ingredients missing from the cabinets, which makes him want to do it more.
            •Terrance (Sweet as Cake): Practices conversations in the shower that he would never have the guts to actually say out loud, especially things he wants to say to Y/N.

•Explosions: Liam and Ethan (Delinquents) mainly because it’s exciting to them. Loud, lots of damage, plus fire.
            
            •Knives/Swords: King Noah (Servant) and Richard (Torturous) both are very familiar with blades and thus are drawn to them. I would also put Matt (Unhealthily Obsessed) under this category, but I don’t feel like he’d have a particular reason. It’s just convenient.
            
            •Bare Hands/Teeth: The Wolf (My What Big Eyes), Benson and Dennis (Three Bears) have very animalistic genes and find it satisfying in a primal sense to use their claws and teeth. Dennis in particular wouldn’t be opposed to using tools either. I’m also going to say Havik (How to Catch a Butterfly) because he instinctively uses his fists when he’s angry, but he finds it fascinating to use insects as well.
            
            •No Preference: Mr. Wild (Mr. Normal) and Evan (Reflections) would use whatever is available to them, and both like to make a mess. Evan could also be considered under Tooth and Claw category.
            
            •Would Prefer Not to Eliminate anybody: Mell (Three Bears) as it makes him ill to get his hands dirty, but if he did have a preference, it would be poison. Less of a mess that way. Terrance (Sweet as Cake) would prefer no one end up dead unless he felt it was a last resort to get him what he wants, but considering he knows he’s weaker than most, he’d try to do it in a way where the other person couldn’t fight back. Mr. Normal is too innocent, he would in no way want to partake if he could help it. Lukas (Peculiar Technology) doesn’t want to hurt people for the sake of hurting people, so I feel like he’d be under this category. While he does end up doing something wrong in the story, he didn’t see it as a death, more as a takeover. Lastly, there’s Laurence (Protector) who believes there are worse punishments than death and would prefer to use those options, as they would purify a soul. He is however not against using his powers to eliminate if he would prefer to be rid of someone altogether.

@CoolLIT Out of all my books, I like Black Sheep the best, which isn’t a Yandere story, but I really love the world I built for it, and the characters are very special to me personally because majority of them came from dreams I frequently had. My top Yandere story would probably be Mr. Normal, though. I always liked the Jekyll and Hyde aspect of it, and you can really sympathize with Normal as he spirals throughout the story, which I feel is unique for a Yandere type story. He wants to do the right things but just can’t help himself. 
            As for the reason I started writing yandere stories, there’s several factors. I always read that type of content here on Wattpad when I first made the account and I always felt drawn to obsessive characters because I found them fascinating. It’s interesting to work out how a person like that might think and to figure out what might drive them to the point of insanity. I also had a very big horror phase, so I wanted to try my hand at writing my own scary stories.

@CoolLIT Woah, I'm genuinely surprised you're only 24 years old! I honestly would've guessed you were older just because of how you write your books.I'm 23, by the way. The first book of yours that I read was My, What Big Eyes You Have, and I absolutely loved it. I've been a fan ever since.It's hard to explain, but your stories feel different from everyone else's. They're not just entertaining you make readers feel every emotion alongside the characters. The tension, the obsession, the suspense... everything feels so immersive. You have a way of making your yandere characters both terrifying and strangely fascinating at the same time, and that's something I rarely find in other writers. I hope you don't mind me asking a additional questions. Out of all the books you've written, which one is your personal favorite, and why? Also, what inspired you to start writing yandere stories in the first place?
