Did you know that the River in my Hell based stories is actually an entity akin to the Forest in the book King of Owls? It isn’t made up of water either, rather it’s something almost like thinned amniotic fluid that when touched will draw and collect the energy of whatever passes through it as payment for crossing (a very painful experience). If you give the River an offering however (especially coins) it will conjure a ferryman and boat to grant you safer passage. You’ll learn a little more about it in later chapters of Black Sheep.
@goldenscares666 this sounds a bit like the Greek myth of the River Sticks with the coin needed to give the ferryman for passage to go to the underworld. I like your interpretation of it. Will most definitely be going to check out the book.

Hi! I was just wondering on the story of black sheep would you ever consider re publishing the storyline of Cain as a main character? I remember reading it and it was great! But still love the new improved black sheep story!!
It’s possible I might one day, since the plot would be totally different than what Black Sheep turned out to be, and it would be an interesting read, but for the moment, I don’t think I will— at least not until Black Sheep is fully finished, but even then, I can’t really say if I would do it or not. I’d like to, though.
