Shoutout to my 8-11h sleep :3
They be saving my life and if u guys only have 1-7 hour of sleep, pls take some naps at day or sleep more. If it’s not possible bc of insomnia, stress, anxiety/panic attacks or some kind of addiction that keeps you awake, please talk to a person that CAN help you (like a doctor). Much sleep is healthy and it really helps to concentrate.

I care for people’s health and since I know that many people don’t have enough sleep, I want you to show the positive things much sleep causes. (Especially because many people say sleep is for the weak which is not true tbh)
