          sometimes i wish you could pick one of your favorite fictional characters to be your brother/sister. and they'd be one of the greatest people in the world to you. your parents couldn't get their jobs together so one way or another they became poor and couldn't take care of you guys anymore. so your sibling would become your lethal guardian. 
          
          or imagine getting out of school and seeing them there every day near the cars to pick you up or drop you off every morning. and if you were bullied or mistreated in any way they would be there. either they'd hunt the bully down and beat the shit out of them or they'd stay at home with you and tell you repeatedly over and over that everything would be okay.
