            kosa is actually the kids online safety act, a bill being discussed by the us supreme court (i think) If passed, it could do a few things such as
            1) Ban and remove any access to A03, Wattpad, Tiktok, Twitter, etc+++ to anybody under 18 (with very strict protocol of access, essentially impossible to bypass) 
            2) It will allow for those same sites (wattpad, A03,  ++) to be permanently erase from the internet or sued if they contain anything that state leaders can claim is "minor endangerment." In the past a few things that have been labelled as dangerous to minors include: any lgbtq+ content and creators, open conversations about sexual assault and proper gender and sexuality education, most left wing views (women's right, trans rights, socialism, organizations working to supply free food/water and support those who are homeless, etc+++) 
            3) It will broadcast all device history to parents and guardians of children online, allowing them to see all search history AND action history (ex. not only will they know you visited the c.ai site, but they will see all of your chats), apps visited, all messages (sent and received), comments, likes, virtually everything). It IS designed to hit the online lgbtq+ community where it hurts, and will put children with dangerous home lives in even worse situations.
