I write with the intention of killing my characters. Torture them, break them, test them, and utterly obliterate them. I intend to know just what can they withstand before their hope is gone, just how much hate and suffering I can infuse into their mind and soul until they're driven insane.

But, I also write with the intention of loving them. Of sympathizing, growing, and clinging onto them like the last rat of sun you'll see for one hundred years.

As a reader, I want you to to love me, love my writing, stories, and characters, but I also want you to hate me. I want to stir emotions in my readers- prove to them just how complicated psychological horror can be.
