I'm lucky to live with my husband & three dogs on a hilltop surrounded by forest  in the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. . .which is the perfect setting for creating. I have an Art degree with an English minor, and have been writing & drawing since I was old enough to pick up a pencil. I've had some great jobs in the past, including Programming Coordinator for an arts center,  House Stager, Editorial Assistant & Staff Writer for one magazine & Ad Sales for another.  I'm hoping my next job is Full Time Author!!! The Keepers is my first book & the first in a trilogy. Several of the characters are named after my 5 children & 8 grandchildren.
