Born and bred in Edinburgh, Sarah mainly writes rhyming picture book stories for young children but regularly dips her toes into the waters of other genres such as middle grade, short stories and more recently 11+ readers.
Sarah has been a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI) since July 2013 and regularly meets up with other like-minded souls to take part in workshops and share ideas and thoughts on the literary world out there.
