Yes, on my computer it didn't allow me access to the chapter until I uploaded chapter 3.1.

I have spent the last two and a half hours trying to upload it to wattpad, but for some reason everytime I do it's under private. I will continue trying tomorrow because as of right now it 11:42 where I'm at and I haven't slept well the past few nights. Nighty night :)
