An actress once answered this when she was asked why she chose to be an actress:

'Because I can be free when I'm acting. I can be whoever I want to be, I can do things that can't be done in normal life. I can experience something that I can't experience in real life.'

Just like her I love writing because:

I can be wherever I want to be, I can say and do things I can't possibly say and do in real life. I can be a princess, a fairy, a mermaid or a bad-ass female assassin.
