Hey all,

Just wanted to let you all know I will be putting The Sparrow King on pause. I've had some IRL stuff come up unexpectedly. I'm also not really enjoying the week to week writing thing, as it doesn't give me any time to go back and change/edit after I've written.

I'll likely take some time to build up a buffer before I start publishing again. Not sure when that'll be, but when I know more I'll let you know.

Sorry to leave you all hanging. A thousand apologies are not enough!

          	-Grey

@greydaygirl Not just you, I promise
Refining takes such a big role, it’s basically the co-author at this point
Sometimes I just write a draft so the edits have something to fight with.

By the end, it’s not even me—it’s me, my past self, and my perfectionism in a deathmatch ✍️

Good Idea. This will prevent a lot of anxiety and give you much more flexibility. ❤️ creativity needs space and time to experience life as well. Relax and be at your pace. We will be loyally waiting. ❤️

No worries! It's waaayyy too much pressure! And if I could only post and not edit afterward, I'd never sleep again! Lol. Take all the time you need because the Ao and Sanli fans know it will be totally worth it whenever it's ready♡

Hi, im sure you dont remember me. I used to read The Wandering God as you were updating.

That book is the sole reason I still log in sometimes. It happens that I talk vividly to people about one of the best worlds ive ever had the pleasure of visiting. I still think of that book from time to time.

Whatever you're doing in your life, I hope youre doing well. You're amazing :)

Hello!
I just really wanted to tell you how much I enjoy Ao and her stories and companions.
Good job. I really do adore all your main (and side) characters, especially in the Wandering god series.
I hope you keep writing for as long as you wish. Have a lovely, or at least tolerable, end of year. As well as fortunate and, if needed, a healing next (and current) year.

Trying to track my reading for the year and just wanted to do a re-read of TWG, wondering if you had a word count for the chapters/story hiding out somewhere? I can't seem to find it on Wattpad :(. Love TWG so much!! Read it (what was up at the time) years ago and am so excited to come back and discover the ending!

greydaygirl

I think it was around 415,000 words. lol

Hello greydaygirl! It's been so long since I've logged back into wattpad and I just wanted you to know you're the first person I checked on. I really loved the wandering god and I hope to see it have a physical copy someday, I'll be sure to buy a copy. I look forward to more of your works! <3

Hey all! I’m still alive, still writing, just life getting all up in my way. Sorry to keep you waiting… one day!

I re-download Wattpad every few months just to check for updates on her stories. She is one the most amazing storytellers I have ever come across in my life.

Heyyyy i just wanted to let you know I am absolutely obsessed with your writing and ever since I came across the wandering God I've read it non stop. I am absolutely thrilled for the sparrow king and can't wait for it to be out. I have this really bad habbit where I just can not function properly until I have reached the end of a story and that is what is happening to me now. But yeah just wanted to say you are extremely talented and pls bring it out ASAP or i'll go mad

greydaygirl

lol totally on how I function as well. I wrote my own ending to The Harbinger series by Rentachi because I needed an ending.

You’ll get one one day, I promise!!!
