Hey, I've been clean for such a long time that I don't remember how long it's been. But I remember when I was a week clean or a month clean or three months clean and felt like cutting so so bad. I'm so proud of you and as a survivor, let me assure you that it does get better if you allow it to, and that time helps and time heals. One relapse doesn't mean you're worthless or that you're not trying, a hundred relapses don't mean that you're trying because love, I know you are.
