          SYLAS  DONOVAN.   the  commission's  bloodhound,   a  known  sleuth  and  a  necessary  neutral  force  that  works  neither  for  nor  against  anyone  he  encounters.   there's  more  to  him  than  this,   he's  sure,   but  what?
