Guglielmo Vallecoccia incorporated Best of Europe Inc. in 2003. Initially Best of Europe served all travel agency of Florida and the Sun Belt region. Services provided by Best of Europe are truly unique. One of the first and most appreciated service was the Unlimited Incoming Calls. Guests were met right at their flight and they were given a cellphone where a special contract was activated prior their departure. So that they knew already the cellphone number prior leaving home and when in Italy they were bale to receive all calls for free for an unlimited time.

Since 2003 Best of Europe has expanded its airport operations. 

New important hubs have been added like Hong Kong, Manila, Singapore, Shangai, Beijing, Tokyo, Istanbul, Amman, Moscow, Jakarta, Sidney, Melbourne, Johannesburg, CapeTown, Durban. The VIP Airport service is appreciated mostly by the Jet Set travelers. Many Hollywwod stars have taken advantage of the special airport service provided by Best of Europe.
