im not a female but i have a female body and have lived as a female for years, and female rage is the sports direct changing rooms like what the fuck who allowed them to be built like that the top of the doors come up just above my nips like im 5”9 not crazy tall, and the mirror comes up above the door so workers can see even from the till, and anyone standing near the door can literally look over the door and see me changing whether it’s intentional or not. i remember being 10 years old and crouching on the floor to try on the kiddie sports bras whilst sobbing and scared cuz i could literally see grown ass mens faces over the door and in the mirror this is not okay how the fuck havent they been made to rebuild them

so i am panicking cuz i think i’ve damaged something from binding cuz i’ve been doing it a lot more than usual lately cuz my dysphorias been crippling, and i can’t go to the doctor cuz of my agoraphobia and even if i did i cant tell them about binding because of my parents. and even if i went to the GP i cannot go to a hospital no no no or do scans or anything like that. anyway i’ve had my binder off for a bit and i feel like i can’t take a full breath and i’m having really bad central chest pain, stabbing pain in my ribs thats worse when i inhale, really bad stabbing in my side when i breathe in which has spread to my lower back and i keep getting dizzy and lightheaded this is not looking good pray for me

update i properly buzzed my head with a #3 and now i look like eleven from stranger things but tbh im here for it 

shaved my head at 2:30AM reinstalled just to tell yall if u wanna shave ur head just do it i was gonna buzzcut it but then i decided to use the #8 guard so its like sid vicious spiky hair i feel very gender
