I know probably no one will read this or reply but I just want to share something since it's too much to handle for me (〒﹏〒) . I don't know what to do or whom to share all this cause I don't have any one ,my own family members body shaming me and it's really hurts you know when the people who supposed to be by your side supporting you are the people who cause you unbearable pain , I'm not over weight god I'm barely 60kg but still they never failed to break me and my my self confidence. I'm insecure I don't want to look in the mirror afraid to hate myself more (╥﹏╥). I don't eat fast food nor any sugar contain food but still I'm not losing any weight after doing exercises and diets but like a blind People they aren't able to my suffering and choose to hurt me more by their words I'm tired of being stressed like this (╯︵╰,).
