— You've been tired. You may not say it, you may not tell everyone how you truly feel because you don't really want others to worry about you— but for once, I hope you can be honest with yourself and with what you truly feel. You don't always have to act that you're okay when you're not or be the strong person you pretend to be all the time— it's okay to break down, for as long as you don't break yourself. You can cry all the tears you have long been holding back, if it makes you feel better. Suppressing your tears and pretending you're okay won't really help, it will only make things harder for you. No matter how tough life gets, find ways to cope without having to hurt yourself. In times of hardship like this, it's also when you need you the most. So then, learn to not be too hard on yourself, to be more understanding and ne able to love yourself more. Try your best to be gentle to yourself. To be honest with yourself. Live. — aki/sugapie
