and for pain just take some medicine like ibuprofen, advil, or wtvr you take and sleep the pain away. other than that everything should be okay 

my braces weren’t very problqmatic but my main issues was that i had to bring floss everywhere and sometimes toothpicks bc everything was in my braces. also don’t worry abt not getting to eat what you like bc my orthodontist said i can eat whatever i want as long as it doesn’t hurt my braces so i ate popcorn, laffy taffy, gum, etc. personally i’ve never broke a bracket from food
