I lost something
in a simply snap the word dead was said
Ringing in my head shaking me
My eyes emerge with puddles that feel like they surround my body
No one here knows my intent
My cries are muffled in laughter
I laugh but it doesn’t reach my eyes
Not anymore not now
The night is as silent as an empty house
Thoughts consumed making me feel my insecurities
I love and hate this feeling of being close
Love because this bond is inseparable
Hate because you were ripped away from my grasp
I will never change
