hello!! reminder to sleep and take care of yourselves please!! ik it can be hard due to demotivation to care for yourself but your body can't function when you aren't taking care of it. Get 8 or more hours of sleep, drink 8 cups of water, shower once a day or once every 2 it depends on who you are, take care of your dental hygiene, and give yourself 14 pats on the back a day, knowing that you can do it.
