I just wanted to answer your question regarding Lucian's behavior...yes, he is quite bipolar. His problem is that he's very closed-off and scarred from a difficult past. He's not very affectionate, and the one time he ever really loved someone, she died. It's easier for him to be cruel and cold, as his reputation demands, because it's easier. Plus, as you can probably tell from the title, Lucian probably has a lot more things emotionally wrong with him than what I just discussed. But no fear, there is much character development in store for Diana's dear husband ;)
