on a more serious note, it's difficult but necessary for me to say that I have deleted the Reach trilogy (well the first and second stories since I hadn't gotten to the third). It has been months since I last wrote a section in Suspended (I checked - last time was in January!) and I honestly struggle to remember where the story line was even headed. The whole plot sucked from the start and wasn't helped by my crappy writing. There were about 25k reads for Reach and only about 4k for Suspended. I decided it wasn't worth keeping the not-quite-yet-a-trilogy around, especially since no one was really reading it to begin with. It's kind of been a burden on my subconscious - like, "Becca, are you ever going to update those books? You should just delete them already." Stuff like that. I guess I've just been putting off the inevitable deletion for a while at this point. Now that I finally have deleted the stories, I can sense that burden feeling leaving the back of my mind. My apologies to anyone who actually took an interest in them. The Reach trilogy was my very first fanfiction attempt and it cleary showed that way in my writing. I would rather keep only my better stories that I actually like and feel a sense of pride in.
