I started crying in the middle of the store today when I was buying snacks for my road trip home because I’m going to miss all my friends from school when I have to be back home all summer to visit my family. I hate being home
So my best friend (whom I live with) has literally been ignoring me since the end of February. She leaves the room when I enter, wouldn’t answer my texts, and won’t make eye contact with me. Yesterday I was sitting outside reading a book and she sat down next to me and asked if I wanted to go with her and her dog to the park. We talked for like two hours outside about random stuff and then went and got ice cream and made dinner together like we always used to. I’m so confused. She’s acting like nothing ever happened and I don’t know what to do or say. We’re both super non-confrontational and I’m afraid we’re going to just never talk about it. But it really hurt me when she ignored me for three months and didn’t tell me why.
Does anyone have any advice for me? I don’t know what to do about this.
That’s a good idea. I think I will write her a letter, I just need to decide if I still want to be friends with her or not anymore... thank you for the advice ❤️
@hamilfan123987 I think you should talk to her. Obviously it's eating at you, and it'll continue to do so until you confront her about it. Write a short letter asking about it, or maybe talk face-to-face.
