So Hanniball what do you think of Abathur suddenly became the true great big bad of your story? It will be interesting to see where  in the past he tends to get underistimated for his weak form and cowardly personality. But now he is completely different from years ago and have been evolving into something greater in secret.
          
          In the past he tends to get considered as nothing more than a lowly geneticist but with incredible skills. But now his power and abilities which eclipsed everyone and everything (except the new Xel'naga Kerrigan) with that he stealing the spotlight from all Villains in your story, and show them on how it is done. What do you think of the idea for Abathur becoming the final boss but spared in the end after his massive defeat by the New Xel'naga Kerrigan who spared him and his creations.
          
          Considering Abathur maybe will create his powerful new Zerg Queens called the Chimera's, using the essence's he gathered in his travel throughout the Multiverse, with Legions of Zerg Kaiju's arrived into the world of Falmart which quickly overwhelming everyone and everything without any opposition, and since he cant create a whole army of his Zerg Kaiju's too soon, he must use the Sadera capital as a staging ground to establish the Hive Clusters where he can spawn the Zerg Kaiju's eggs where they must grow before continue the congquest of the entire planet.
          
          The Chimera's however are considered as the epitome of Abathur ambitions and his endless quest for perfection despite how impossible it is to achieved, they are capable of leading the Zerg armies, incredibly powerful physically, having multiple powerful abilities which makes them nearly unstoppable, highly super inteligent, including very loyal to Abathur.
          
          Abathur created them to replaced Zagara, and to ensure that the Zerg will remain powerful no matter what, as now their arrival in Falmart will bring the end's of day to that planet, and Abathur who is basically a God in the flesh cannot be stop so easily.

Sorry, I meant Abathur is ruminating on how his past decisions of going investigating the old abandoned Terran facility, and taking that dimensional teleporting wristband which makes him who he was now, he has become and incredibly powerful being, after gaining many essence's from powerful creatures, through blood, and many others alike which makes him the strongest being in the entire Koprulu sector but not against the whole Koprulu alliance.
          
          Even in the view point of others hell, he is an incredibly powerful Zerg creature, for he's a monster...who makes monsters, really, really big monsters, which during his debut in your story, where he steals the spotlight of the big bad from the arrogant Zorzal and even those alien bugs as well, which doesn't seem to be Zerg at all in the Manga or Novel. Which overtime a hunting squads are created to hunt down Abathur, his Chimera's and his creations that forced to escape the Capital after their defeat, since Kerrigan helping the Dominion and the JSDF.

          Anyway it will be very interesting to see Abathur, the infamous Master of Genetic Strand Sequence with a pretty endearing vile personality, quirky monotonous speech pattern and cool powers over his genetic manipulation of the Zerg Swarm. Somehow becoming the incredibly powerful big bad of the story which puts Zorzal and his lackeys becoming nothing, but a bunch laughingstocks over the course of your story.
          
          Even when Abathur and his Chimera's which all of them are females, and also looking similiar to hot amazonian warriors and their loyalty to him. Since Abathur created them to be powerful to replaced Zagara, even they have a strong bond to Abathur for giving their lifes meaning and purpose. Even Itami giving comments that somehow like seeing an Isekai MC with his Harem of powerful females. Much of Abathur and the Chimera's confusion, but those that know that genre agree with him.

Anyway about the idea of Zerg humanoids for the Zerg invasion on Sadera Arc called Chimera's, maybe you can use a plot where Abathur accidently find a way to travel throughout the Multiverse perhaps? Since it will be very interesting to see where Abathur accidently discover a way to travel across the Multiverse. And he must use the wristband to travel through multiple realities before returning home, and many Universe he visited are from different anime, Manhwa, and Movies francise's.
          
          He got sent to the vast expand of the Multiverse by using an old but advance Terran interdimensional traveling device experimental device in the form of a wristband, which he taken from an old abandoned Terran research base, that is researching the possibility of alternate dimension existence and a way to travel through different dimensions.

          Similiar to the video but instead travel through different dimensions and without the running and chasing and mostly just spending his time researching.
          
          So Abathur go there for the purpose of trying to study the device a bit, but accidently activate some of it's mechanism, and in the process sending him into different Universes and lost somewhere across the Multiverse, where he must do many dimensional teleportation to send him back home, just like in Phineas and Ferb traveling throughout the Multiverse episode.

          You don't need to make the story of Abathur adventures across the Multiverse by the way, you can just simply make Abathur reminiscing on how his discovery of the interdimensional teleporter wristband which allow it's user to travel across dimensions, and how he use it to travel across many realities before finally back to his home Universe, and even brought new essence's and DNA samples. And for the essence's Abathur use them to create a whole new strain of powerful Zerg warriors.

Hey Hanniball sorry if I may bothering you but can you make that Tyuule and her people in your story spared by adaptation perhaps? 
          
          Since she and her people deserve better than in canon and maybe a rogue humanoid Chimera Zerg with his creations arrives by accident via asteroid with some help from Kerrigan to save the Warrior bunnies perhaps? Just like in the story below where a squad of Space Marines Deathwatch arrives and changed the fate of the world of Falmart.

The Zerg Chimera's 
              
          In General:
          Fifteen extremely powerful Zerg/Terran/Protoss hybrids called the Chimera's, beings with incredible powers and abilities that exceeds regular Zerg creatures, and having their power level's and skills to be almost the same as Queen's of Blades level of power, who were dispatched by Abathur to eliminate people and warmachines within the Dominion ranks that Abathur considers to be the biggest threats to his plans.
          
          Arc Villain: They collectively serve as the main antagonists alongside the Zerg dragon hybrid during the Saderan Empire capital city invasion arc.
          
          The Dragon: The group as a whole serves as this to Abathur as they are the incredibly powerful Zerg warriors, and each of them having the roles as the strongest fighters, but there is no clear leader among them.
          
          Quirky Miniboss Squad: They function as this to Abathur as they more unique than the average Zerg creatures and were dispatched at the same time to eliminate anyone who could be a threat to their master's plan. It was mentioned that they were suppose to attack the Dominion base at Alnus hill and everyone there together as a team, after they took out their assigned targets and conquering the capital and using it as a seedbeds for their Hive cluster and staging ground before spreading and conquering the rest of the planet.
          
          Sibling Team: They technically are this since they are were all created by the same "father," The Zerg Evolution Master himself "Abathur" who's considered by many across the Koprulu sector as "The Grand Artist of Death itself", for his creations and masterpieces have slaughtered countless lives across the stars  and it's likely in the billions or even trillions.
          
          Unwitting Pawn: It seem that most, if not all of them, didn't know that Abathur's true plans for them were to only serve as distractions to the Dominion forces and their allies best combatants, so that he can  sending an Ultralisk to consume and absorb the Dragon Skull without interruptions.

Which the Chimera's decided together in their opinion that having being greatly insulted by this manchild who calling himself the so called Hero, future, and true emperor of Sadera Empire, the greatest humanity civilization in this world and for that they must bow down to him or else suffer, which in truth in their eyes is nothing more but a pathetic megalomaniac and the emperor of fools and nothingness.
          
          So they just simply brutally slaughtering them all left and right without much of a fight at all, as the human soldiers are dying left and right, even the monsters such as goblins, orcs, and ogres are easily butchered like lambs to the slaughter, and the ballistas they brought didn't do much damage at all as the weapons were easily destroyed like mere children toys when the Chimera's just simply throw large rocks or boulders at them, and even using their own muscles raw power to crush them all, highly strong acid projectile, and spines fired in a powerful shot that could piercing through steel armor.
          
          Even during the slaughter of Zorzal forces, one of the Chimera decided for a little payback by throwing a small rock with super strength right in the crotch of Zorzal which destroying his manhood, and thus permanently removing him of the ability of making any potential future successor for his so empire to rule, and forcing Zorzal who is in great pain and his forces to retreat with their tails between their legs.
          
          While also making Zorzal to be greatly livid with his situation, to the point he decided to focusing all his resources and armies to hunt the Chimera's down, however in which every encounter ending up with Zorzal forces slaughtered like cattles in a butcher shop.
          
          And sometimes later after Zorzal defeat, and after everything they went through in Falmart the Dominion and their allies is giving them the chance to surrender and their punishment is to put all their efforts into reconstructuring the capital and aiding the people suggested by The Overqueen Zagara.

It will be quite interesting that all of these Zerg elite units, that act as super soldiers and commanders for their armies called 'The Chimera's' survived their failed invasion in the Sadera capital.
          
          And escape into the wilderness of the world of Falmart for refuge and hiding from the Dominion and their allies, added with their ability to scrambling tracking signal to make themselves no longer visible to the Dominion or Protoss radar scanners so they capable of hiding anywhere in the wilderness, especially when they already got what they wanted and their main objective 'The Flame Dragon, Monsters, Demi Humans, and Apostle essence's' despite the fact the Zerg Flame Dragon hybrid was killed in the capital, but they still managed to obtained the samples before escaping.
          
          And maybe after some time of surviving while hiding from the Dominion and their allies, even befriending with some of the local natives of the world of Falmart, however sooner or later they got dragged into the Imperial civil war when Zorzal ordering for their hunt and capture to be forcefully drafted into his army.
          
          When Zorzal Heard the rumors and tales of Demons that invaded the capital and nearly destroy it with their incredible powers and abilities which overwhelming the Dominion and their allies before be defeated, although in truth the Chimera's and the Zerg could have won if not for the Dominion reinforcements suddenly arrived without warning.
          
          However Zorzal in his endless foolishness, pride, and arrogance constantly bragging how weak and powerless they're to him, since they cannot defeat mere barbarians who known as the people of iron. Such cowardly barbarians who hid behind their magic and cheap tactics. And the Protoss who were nothing more then dumb demi-humans who were only capable of some petty tricks. So they must serve him or die here now, which the Chimera's do not take kindly at all in their pride and dignity of combat and warfare for they are basically the Gods of war.

Just like in this two videos below where each of them having powerful monster leaders, with extremely powerful vast versatile abilities for combat and warfare, added with incredible strength, reactive adaptations to survive and overcome any dangers and obstacles, and regenerative ability to heal from any wounds that suppose to be fatal, which makes all of them to be nearly unstoppable, and to make matters worse for their enemies they're basically just Effective Knockoff's of the Queen of Blades herself but still very powerful in their own right.
          
          Just like in Kaiju no 8 series, where a group of powerful numbered inteligent Kaiju's that were created by Kaiju no 9 to combating the Captains of the Defense force.

          And in Ranger Reject series where a group of powerful artificial life-forms, called Executives monsters leaders are invading the world, in an attempt to destroy and slaughtering humanity and take over the Earth for themselves.
