In my mind i was like: yeah we always wonder how could they own the place.
Where Skye brought it up asking how can they afford it. I was also curious
Then Ryder said: Officially Licensed Paw Patrol Merchandise, this stuff sells like hot cakes
I laughed and i was like: What the? Merchandise? Okay so the money they earned from the merch, is what they use to pay for the new headquarters? And the design is the show version of them.
